Don’t think there is any way to raise new ones anymore now that the Jailer’s gone
Although no official statement has been made about this, one can think this is probably incorrect. Magic type aren’t tied to particular entities but the entire plain of existence. Death magic, specifically necromancy comes from the shadowlands not the Jailer. Maldraxxus to be more precise. Primus forged the hem of domination (forced by the jailer)
It would be like saying there’s no more fire magic because defeated ragnaros if you catch my drift.
Now back to serious matters…
