Make Brann stop kiting

In The Spiral Weave, Brann just kited Overseer Kaskel out of his room, leading to a fight reset. Twice.

I mean, I appreciate the guy doing some tanking at times, but his AI is not otherwise set up for it and he kites enemies into the weirdest corners.

Same with Mycomancer, kiting boss out of the instance.
