There was a Season in legion where Bm hunter shoulder legendaries were reworked and mad ethe specc whole lot better, And MM Was nerfed HARD in .1 because of its Sidewinder build.

yet outside of Season 1 and 3 Legion, BM has been top throughout. big whoop. 2 Seasons, MM has been far worse for ALOT more seasons.
you dont understand the game enough, to understand why BM Remains Popular even when bottom of the Meters.
its because its ENTIRE Rotation kit works on the Move, which makes it a Prime candidate for Dealing with mechanics, so high level groups will still utilise a BM hunter to deal with mechanics on the go.
