Can we have a look over all of the event items from old world and even some newer ones that are not vendor-able?
Good example of this are the Tooth picks, flame consumables, special wands from the halloween event.
For some reason you can only get rid of them by manually dragging them out of your inventory and clicking “Do you really want to delete this item?” or having to type “DELETE” to make sure.
These are not special items, they get spammed in your inventory by doing the event, would really appreciate if they are vendor-able, I don’t even care if it’s 1 copper each.
Lots of items are put for 1 copper, even the masks from the event, would just make life a little easier to clean the inventory.
Also nice how tooth picks stack in 10 only and do absolutely nothing. I’m pretty sure at this point it was a disgruntled dev who was on his way out, last day, and he went full scorched earth psycho mode like “HAHAHA ENJOY THIS …!!”
It’s just outdated, and with how they are revamping and touching up a lot of the world events from the past it would be nice to see these items also get some more use or atleast a selling price!
Tobias’ Leash teaches you a battle pet that only can be learned once. However Blizzard send it to all your characters and you have to delete it manually with typing DELETE in the confirmation box
agreed. i also think they should give us an option to disable the warning before destroying a rare or higher level item , please let me know if there is one or an addon doing that for us it becomes so annoying when you farm old content
yeah, all this stupid garbage stuff from Hallow’s End should be on 1 copper or 1 silver price tag - nobody could exploit it for gold gains but I wouldn’t need to delete 20 slots of garbage from my bags…
There’s several addons that do auto-deletion. I just typed “Delete” into the get more addons search bar on my downloader.
Next time you’ve a problem search for an addon, the game is around long enough that there’s an addon for almost everything, just make sure it’s in date!
yeah but i have issues with many addons they all started bugging after a while even tho i update them. wow ui starts not working idk if i’m the only one having that issue . so i usually play with the least amount of addons possible. i already have leatrix so i’ll give it a try.

Whilst you’re right, that doesn’t mean it should not be suggested to be implemented or improved in the base game. We shouldn’t have to rely on addons for QOL improvements that cater to everyone. Not a single person can honestly say it’s a good thing they don’t have the options to vendor these type of items.

Those are for the items that we need to confirm we are getting rid of, an annoyance but a safeguard to prevent people accidentally destroying items they want to keep so that function will never be removed, we aren’t the first to complain about it, we won’t be the last.
I fully agree with the main sentiment that all the holiday junk should have the 1 copper buyout price to ease with decluttering especially with such an ancient holiday as Hallow’s eve, there’s not much people need for their metas if anything at all nowadays.
These events aren’t that fun any more knowing we’re going to have to manually delete so much junk.
What would be lovely if a lot of these items got transferred into a toy, if you gather let’s say 100 of each you could unlock the permanent toy version and upon getting the toy they would no longer drop for you permanently.
