Insignia cooldown should be reduced to 2 minutes.
You die in a random stun from 100-0, having shorter CD on trinket would help even against rogues, spriest blackouts, ect.

agree or give us another trinket that work only for stun but with 1min cd cuz there’s sooooo much stuns in SoD
Probs will be 2 mins at 60
This isnt a CC problem, its a damage problem which blizzard are trying to address.
There isnt enough CC for trink to be 2 minutes. And long CCs aren’t easy to cast atm for mages and locks.
A 2 minute trinket means the guy you are fighting will always have trinket for your death coil for example.
This is a think you do but you dont kind of situation, coupled with some Skill Issue
