I made a race change on my shaman but didn’t like it and asked for refund…
Make a Preview before you pay, with the current gear you have equipped…
I want to change my Tauren Paladin now, but i’m not sure if i will like the Belf.
And they told when I refunded that I won’t be able to do it again
I mean i’m not asking for something special. Am I ?

Actually yes you are, since you pay money for it.

You can change race on wowhead profiler using a custom profile.

Also you could use the “Class Trial” feature if you wanted to check a Race/Transmog combo out before going through with a payment for a service. It allows you to check out the combat moves as well, so it moves the way you like, some people don’t like the way some Races move.

Even with the different workarounds I think some sort of official preview would be a good idea. Remember to send a suggestion for that if you want to.

Eg. could allow to use the same character creation UI and then at end you could opt ot buy the race change/faction change.

You can submit feedback and suggestions for improving World of Warcraft in one of two places:

  • Our community forums.
  • Using the in-game “Submit Feedback” option that is found on the Help menu.
    1. Press the Esc key to open the Game Menu, and click Help .
