Could even just make Glacial Advance Baseline. That way we can apply razorice without needing 2 Runes.
That being said, Runes are good. I’d prefer them.

you can run glacial advance in single target it could even be better but still. cooomeeeeeee on blizzzzzzzzz
They added so many new runes, and none of them are even remotely as viable as Razorice and tfc. What’s the point in having them?
I’d love to see The Fallen Crusader become a built-in passive, so we (DW at least) can finally play around with the new runes.
Glacial Advance should become a baseline for the sole reason of FDK not having any AOE runic power spenders. I know there is BoS, but we all know it’s a BS, absolute trash of a talent. I run Obliteration, because I can utilize it every minute vs BoS every 2 minutes, which can be easily broken by having to move.
Dear devs. No one likes BoS. WE HATE BOS. Stop forcing this disaster of a talent upon us. Do you think it’s fun and interactive? It looks like a busted fire extinguisher or Axe spray deodorant. It’s a joke.

i hate BoS just because its 2 min cooldown, if it would be 1 min cooldown i would play it, MAYBE but im sick of dual wield we have 2h back and it should be good ! not traaash!
I don’t see why not. They could make it part of the Might of the Frozen Wastes passive for 2h Frost. It wouldn’t solve all the issues between 2h and dual wield, but it would certainly help a lot.
