Eat delicious food, drink bountiful beverages, ride rams around barrels of apples, and earn stout rewards! Brewfest has arrived, and you can enjoy all that and more from 23 September to 9 October.
So glad I didn’t spend any of my Traders Tender this month. Because this is actually one of the recolours I wanted of that set.
The event on every full hour is so bad in lag, people don’t get their bags after the boss kill.
…is there an addon to track those bar barrel token thingies? Didn’t seem to find a handynotes equivalent
The amount of coins to get to buy all the new stuff is insane.
Give me all your coins
Quick PSA:
The Brewfest Tokens are now Warbound, so now you can bank and pool them from other characters.
This should not be an acceptable solution. Instead we should be allowed to run the same quets repeatedly on the same character.
3200 for just the new things added this year. At around 600 per year, that’s 6+ years if you do not miss a single day of farming.
Aye. Just do Direbrew on alts for a quick 10-15 tokens each day. Plus the initial quest turn in for an additional 40 [I think that’s the amount].
Roles don’t matter, he seems so undertuned he dies within seconds.
Blizz is obsessed with inflating the cost of everything, like stuff off TW venfors, to boost their engagement metrics.
Well, I love the kilts, really do, but, for it to be awesome as a transmog the brewfest boots and slippers should be available to mog all year round.
Traders tender? This is some octoberfest event, if it were trading post it would be yet another save month for me
He literally died before the game even loaded me inside Blackrock Mountain.
Can imagine Blizz hot fixings his health. He’s like a DF boss atm.
I generally support the notion that everything which is not a hard skill-check should have inflated hp to allow people to have a bit of fun whacking it.
heirloom upgrades “up to” 40 listed as a reward did make me giggle
not for good reasons mind you
put the rest of them on there
This does not work in my case. When I see some extreme grind, I start to prioritize and go for the rewards that I can get through reasonable gameplay.
I think this approach is especially bad for new players and returning players because they see that there is no way they can catch up and they may just unsub instead. People who start to play WoW now are already 20 years late to the party and a mindless grind just makes things worse.
Still, i have to paid 2900 coins to get the new stuff
I mean…
^^ This
It kind of put me off
Urgh…no…why are they forcing another tortured cultured reference into this? First the laboured accent, now kilts…next year, we’ll have Highland Cow or Nessie mounts…
Ughh. Dinna gie em ideas. Next year ah fully expect them to hae Mel Gibson cherge intae Ironforge screamin’ “FREEEEEEEEEDOM!” in his hilariously accurate accent.
Which amazingly is still better thihn whutever the hell Blizzard thinks Scottish people soond like.
No Scottish person ah’ve ever heard sehys “I’m nae going to do that”…
Jist send me a script of whit ye’z wahnt Dwarves to soond remotely like in Scottish and ah’ll dae it fir free Blizzard.
“Diz tha’ soond like a guid plan? Jist gie me a call or fling me an email if tha soonds awricht, if yiz wahnt yis cin jist piy me in irn bru and a few macaroni pehs, aye nae bather that’ll dae”
Oh aye. Jist one 'hing. Why is that sporran sittin haufwiy up his belly… is he trehin tae civer up his manky belly button?
