There’s absolutely no reason why it should only be the character you unlocked it on years ago that should be able to unlock more on the mage tower artifact appearance.
Make us able to unlock them on alt characters of the same class already.

Im pretty sure the mage tower mogs ARE account wide for the class you earned it on?
I can mog the weapons on my second DK that did not complete the mage tower.

I can confirm this, I don’t know what the OP wants. I to have created a second druid a month ago, and I can use all 4 mage tower appearances on him without any issues whatsoever.

I’m talking about earning them. You can’t unlock it on another character.
