Nothing is wrong with people coming into the server and not doing RP as long as they don’t hurt anyone, AD still has some social aspects that not many servers have anymore, but they should still respect the rules and not troll people doing RP.

But the punishment for those people that do cause big issues is super weak, they should fix that but probably won’t ever happen :{

Yes there is a lot wrong with that and this opinion is incorrect. So many rational arguments have been recited as to why and the “I don’t disrupt anything and just watch” thing doesn’t work either when roleplayers don’t want to be seen as attractions.

AD is labeled as an rp server, if people come here with no intention of rp, they are taking space, and that is indeed harmful for those who want to come for rp only to find most of the spots are taken by OOCers. Who are not beneficia at all to the server.

Let me reiterate, no one is saying you have to RP 24/7. Roleplayers do content as well. But if you, as a PvE or PvP player, come here for reasons other than to RP pretty much everyone can agree you’re not welcome. There’s nothing to gain here that you can’t get on a server better suited to you.

Trying to justify permanent OOC behaviour is baffling. Time and time again it’s been proven they do more harm than good.

I really wish I could read and look into the mind of an OOCer that is on AD purely for the ‘‘nice atmosphere’’. If AD turned into the same server the other RP servers turned into then the community would exactly be like every other server; a toxic cesspit. WoW has never been known to have a good community and the only reason these, Titans forgive me for uttering this word… OOC clowns come here is because apparently they see us RPers as circus animals to be entertained by.

Pretty sure he means people that wish to RP in peace without irrelevant OOClets like yourself.
