The mentioned quest is very important to progress the story line in shadow lands.
In the past days the contruct to kill Baron Halis was very strong and the quest easy.
Today the contruct dies after 3 hits that makes this quest impossible.

Can confirm, currently impossible to finish the quest.

This bug is a known issue, and should be fixed in patch 10.2.7 (unless something changes last minute).
