Maldraxxus is incredibly beautiful

I had to wrote this for such a beautiful dark fantasy scene as Maldraxxus. I absolutely loved its Warhammer and Nagash themed atmosphere, graphics, geography characters and everything Its much more satisfying and well prepared then other covenants in my opinion so i think its not even comparable. I wanted to thank the developers personally who worked on Necrolords theme, good job!

and yeah i love lagdraxxus, especially the “night” box looks really cool. and im a necro fan aswell, best covenant by a mile. feels like a second horde to me.

By far my fav Shadowlands zone as well! (so far)

Maldraxxus is great but only with the Inky Night Potion thingy. Outside of that its an ugly eyesore.

I love Maldraxxus. To me it gives me that Darksiders 2 vibe. I love it.

The art and visual assets have always been great, especially for an old game.

What people complain about is related to game design (crappy systems/borrowed powers and content).

Maldrax was the worst zone for me though, just another Scourge wasteland.

Revendreth on the other hand… especially the structures, feels really great to have some good low fantasy stuff.

I expected to hate Maldraxxus.

I love it, and it honestly rescued my SL leveling experience as Bastion was pretty meh.

I’ve not tried the inky potion yet but it does look really quite good when it’s doing that dark phase every so now and then. The rest of the time the place is just beige :smile:

Beautiful isnt exactly the word id use to describe maldraxxus but to each their own.

the fact the zone is like a living organism is pretty cool though.
