Since getting the drain life legendary I’m constantly OOM. What exactly do I do to regain mana? since they removed life tap
use it only with 25+ ID stacks or during your Sour Rot window dont use otherwise.

yeah its weird becouse the talent tooltip itself does not mention the mana cost reduction effect of ID.
