As far as I know, the Horde don’t get a item similar to this. More and more I see this item being using in world pvp, 400 versatility is amazing. Especially considering the doubling up on the defensive side with the Conflict and Strife essence.
Blizzard can you either tone this item down, give Horde their own version or just remove it from the game.
