Second one is based on a WotLK talent from Demonology talent tree, that became active when boss got to 35% HP (and lower).

Yep, I noticed that. It may mean that, as with other active and passive spells, those are also being added to SoD at some point in the future.
I like Decimation a lot, back in OG WotLK it made Demo (along with Molten Core talent) an incredibly viable spec for PvE.
