Mark of honor - We need better ways to get them!

I will make this short: A petition to add more ways to acquire them. We need these marks, a lot of them, for professions. This is very hard to grind if you dont do pvp regularly, OR!! if you didnt stockpile enough from Legion PvP worldquests.,

Please add other ways to get them than random BG or rated Arena. I dont mind pvp, which you can see from this character :wink: But I have my limits.

Forgive my ignorance but what do they do for professions?

We need them for buying recipes in BFA. Aka without them you cant get good profit margins at all. You need rank 3 recipes to turn a profit when selling items.

Fuss ppl with marks of honor for all their alts = GG gold.

Yes im an AH player, and you can never have enough gold :wink: But I already spend my last marks of honor I had from legion just on my main.

I’m in the same boat, it’s a pain for recipes to be locked this way :frowning:

How many does a recipe cost on average?

2 Marks for the rank 2 Recipe
4 for rank 3

But let’s not forget that these are PvP recipes, not too strange that it requires a PvP related currency.

So Blizzard should make the Mark of Honors available via WQs again because someone wants to make money without wanting to do PvP content for PvP recipes? :slight_smile: I’m sceptical.

They are really not hard to get, even as casual.

They sure have made them more scarce from rated arena. Now there’s only a chance to get a box from a win instead of getting a box from every win, which usually contains a mark of honor + some other random goods.

They removed the difference between PvP and Pve gear, it aren’t PvP recipes, it’s catch up gear recipes locked behind a PvP currency.

You don’t get boxes after every arena win anymore. You could win 10 games and get 10 badges in 8.0. Now they removed that and in 20 won games i got one box with 2 badges. You can’t even get them with pvp. What is happening? How will I get my reroll tokens now?

If they make Marks of Honor available from PvE they should make Azerite Power and Titan Residuum available from PvP (they should do it anyway)

They did in Legion, you rarely ever saw anyone at the towers. If you did see someone chances are it was a member of your own faction farming blood coins or whatever the currency was called.

The quests in the Legion mission table supposedly still spawns. I got needed marks from the TM vs SS brawl weekly quest to go and “win” it. Now I have rank 3 wand recipes that are completely useless anyway.

Very much agreed with this post!

If you’re a casual PvPer it can take ages to get just 10 marks of honor. For one it’s all tied to RNG. Win or loose a match it’s still blasted RNG.

I miss the days in Legion when one world quest gave you 5 or even 6. You could just go on your alts and do that WQ 5 times, and ta da 20 Marks of Honor. In like 20 minutes.

Thanks man. I hope blizzard will notice this; Could other people suggest this in-game as help? The place where you make a GM ticket you can suggest stuff to wow.
