So as soon some horde got marked targed as assasin cause of many kills so they show up on map, so you get chance too spot him/here too kill for an reward, sounds good in teorri but in fact problem is ppl log out etc so the assasin mark disapers, so you dont get the chance make the kill for the reward.
make so those ppl are marked for so long until an player killed them, not an mob not log off, or log too other map, or using Health stone, this mark shud be on the player whole time until someone from oopposite faction have make an kill on that guy, again an actual player not Death from jump Cliff mob etc.
fix it asap tired of those fappers getting away like chickens, Before got chance make kill too claim reward.
Good idea in theory, but I assume Blizz don't want to take choice away from players to enter a dungeon, log out when they feel like it, etc. I get what you are saying, but part of the fun can be the rush to get them before they escape :)

I think the suggestion is to just suspend the timer when they do any of these things. Free free to do a dungeon, battleground, or log out - but the mark should remain.

There does seem to be a limit on number of bounties on map in a zone tho... so if you had 10, 20, people log or phase back in with bounty on them, some would lose bounty anyway... I'm guessing, not even sure there's a bounty limit. And, what if the shard remembering those left bounties makes new ones not happen.
I think it's probably set up right the way it is now. If a bounty leaves, a new one will randomly happen after 10 kills. Keeping the balance.

I think he wants the Bounty to still be there when the player logs back in. So that the only way to get rid of it would be to get killed by a opposite faction player. Opposed to Delibrate death to remove Bounty.
