I’m a bit confused about this talent, maybe I am missing something but:

Blackout Kick increases the damage of your next Tiger Palm by 8%, stacking up to 30 times. (Beta)
So on retail right now it’s 10% and stacks 12 times, which shouldn’t matter for what confuses me, I don’t get why when I have stacks, my fist of fury takes all the stacks, I checked the logs to make sure FoF doesn’t also do a Tiger Palm for whatever reason, and it doesn’t, so why do my stacks disappear on FoF, is there something I am missing or is it just bugged?
