Masked Chuckler and "Conservationist" title

Hi,

Why is one Warlords of Draenor exalted-rep title account-wide (like Steamwheedle Preservation Society “Conservationist” title) while another WOD reputation title is not (like Laughing Skull Masked Chuckler).

I just finalized Masked Chuckler title farming and was surprised and frankly quite sad to see this title not appearing on any of my alt characters. GM’s told me to express my opinions here on the forums and explained that the decision was made due to the “unique transmogs” the Laughing Skull exalted rep also unlocks.

For me personally, I would never run around with these transmog’s anyway and I think it’s a bit unfair that because some would use these transmogs, noone should use be able to access the title on all their characters, if that make sense

I suppose the main reason was that at the time it gave the artificial feeling of uniqueness. They simply forgot to change it to account-wide since then.
