Can we have this please. I have over 50k thorium bars that vendor for considerably more than the ore. Its going to take me 14 hours to smelt it.

I had an aim. Kept me focused. Bit like the vanilla ‘insane’ title or the time i soloed thorium brotherhood rep with just dark iron ore, that took me six months.

I just did an inventory check. I actually have 67,600 thorium bars, i had more dense stone than that. It will take me over 30 hours to smelt it

Iirc you don’t go afk if you do professions; I wasn’t logged out for an hour at least when I was smelting ore in Legion. Best way to do it would be leaving your pc on overnight if you don’t care about electricity bills 
you do, i have already tried it.
It sucks! Trying to craft a tonne of bags, go to make a cupper and come back and my char is sat on the floor like the lazy slacker she is.
That’s a lot of ore/bars. I also wish mass smelt was a thing, we have mass mill so I don’t see how smelt would be an issue to add

Since my original post ive smelted about 7k and been logged out twice.
Well, at least you can press smelt and forget about it.
I remember shuffling ore to gems in MOP, where you had to manually prospect ore, 5 pieces at a time. Nope, not gonna do that. I used Consortium Key Sender which is similar to what multiboxers used to use to broadcast inputs. Back then this wasn’t disallowed. It helped a lot, I prospected about 500,000 ghost iron ore in total over the course of MOP expansion. During this i simply played other games as I set the program to broadcast any mouse movement to my prospect macro keybind.

So you had no problem spending 6 months to farm ores but you can’t deal with a 14 hours smelting process…
i didn’t spend six moths farming thorium ore, it took about a month and i was farming arcane crystals. It took six month for the dark iron ore rep grind, but that was back when this game had cojones, not like now.
Sounds like someone left his bot running far too long. That’s about 338 stacks.
