Massive FPS drop after patch

After this morning patch game suffers from massive fps drop - in oribos it is 20 fps from 144 even in sinfall it droppped to 30 - from original 144
even more graphic card stay cool - at 50-52 c - and it was 70c from the beggining of expansion. (nvidia 3080)

I tried tu update Graphic card drivers - even done clean install - not helped
Disabled All addons - not helped
Scanned Files integrity - in blizza launcher - not helped
tried those GxAllowCachelessShaderMode to “0” - and yet no effect at all

Tried go to older expansion or instances - problem persist everywhere.
Game is unplayable in this state. Pls Help!
