Massive lag spikes

I’ve been having this problem since the launch of tbc. It only happens in shattrath and 25 man raids in tbc and only happens in BGs (so far) in SoM. Game freezes for at least a minute ( I can move around and chat works but everyone else is running in place). Then everything resolves exteremely fast in a couple seconds than it freezes again. Using a VPN sometimes will fix this but not reliable. My ping is fine, I never had any latency issue in any other game. It also has nothing to do with any ad…
