Massive latency spikes in some dungeons and open world

Hey! For quite long time im struggling with massive lag spikes ingame (up to 1-2k). It feels like from time to time i connect to some “slow” server.
Re-logging and re-entering dungeons sometimes helps to temporary resolve the problem…

Here is my WinMTR

If you are only seeing latency in dungeons or instanced content, it is likely that either addons or damaged UI elements are causing issues. One other possibility is your ISP or other networking software may be shaping your connection, limiting how much wow bandwidth wow is allowed to use. Instanced content uses more data than World Content.

With this in mind, let’s try resetting the games ui. Likewise, let’s close as many background apps as possible. Lastly, as a work around, please test if you encounter the same is on another connection such as your phones LTE connection.

FIX eqam1 already. Tons of themes from 2019 all about this problem, just google eqam1.as57976 .net. 3 years later noone cares. Its blizz ip or your partners. Do somthing

resetting UI doesn’t help, even tho with all addons disabled it still lagging, same goes to with closed background apps.

I have been trying to use mobile internet and VPNs and it seemed to be working fine that way tho, does it mean that i might need to change my internet provider then? ( which is not the best suitable solution for me, even tho im using one of the most common internet providers in my country)
