My fiancee started playing wow during this xpac but she wish to catch up with story. Legion, WoD and Cata are available from Hero’s call boards in SW, but how to start TBC, Wotlk and MoP story?
She can just go to the starter areas of those expansions. So For TBC near the darkporal in Hellfire. For Wrath she can just take the boat from SW or Menethril to Northrend and for MoP just go to Jade Forest.

MoP storyline starts from a quest in SW throne room/Orgrimar warchief room or whatever it’s called.
If TBC/WotLK originally had intro quests they’re long gone by now. Just start the quests near the dark portal in Hellfire Peninsula or take a boat/zeppelin/portal to Borean Tundra/Howling Fjord and start the quests there for either expansion.
Some starter quests for older expansions can be picked up from Hero’s call board. If you or her can’t find it there, you have to google what is the starter for the expansion you want and find it.
i will level to 60 with only doing old content no SL xD
I wish; I’ve had more than one lifetime’s worth of the Shadowlands zones already. But you will find that old content stops giving you noticeable XP when you get above 51 or 52. You could maybe do it in higher-level old ones with pet battles or archaeology.

Interesting. Enjoy it while you got it - I just brought out a level 52 to KT to check, needs 225,770 XP for the level, gets 0 XP from the WQ itself and 22 XP per mob.
