Now hear me out before you go on a Hatecrusade.
FFXIV at some point faced the same issue as WoW Right now. People joining the same Faction (Grand Company) and queuesyncing with premade groups. This lead to PvP queues to up to 30 minutes or longer at some point.
So the Devs of FFXIV went ahead and FORCED Mercenary on everybody. Everybody was thrown into different Teams. You can join with a max group of 4. So even if multiple groups of 4 synced, they could end up in the same match but in different Teams.
As Alliance vs Horde has no real meaning anymore these days anyway, maybe this could be a solution for the syncing problem. You queue up but you do not know if you end up in Horde or Alliance. Reduce the Max group size to queue to 3 or this won’t have any effect.
Now you can start to tell me how bad this idea is.

Maybe for you. I dont like to play as alliance and would sabotate my own team or idle somwhere

I just “stole” it from FFXIV but i thought this could also help here.
So sadly not my idea entirely.
The idea is good and it doesn’t matter where it comes from. The current state of the game makes it impossible to enjoy on both factions especially between 17:00-22:00 CET
Just reducing group qing to 3 would be enough to lessen the impact of premades and prevent qsyncing as easily. Crossfaction and 3 man limit has been tried before on illegal realms and it always works with great success. 3 limit is enough for now, no need to go overboard yet and make it crossfaction
As a bonus , queue times should drop too , because you are drawing from the whole pool and not from just one side .

Been suggesting this same exact thing for ages. Make people get randomly put on the other team. Would instantly fix the issue.

I think they see it, the matter is whether it’s their priority or not, now busy with developing housing and the housing shop.

Im sure Blizzard dont give a F about premades being a problem. It has been complained about for a long time, but totally ignored. Now, players just afk the bg or leave wow completely. Still ignored by Blizzard. Its ok premades against premades, but randoms against premades is not worth playing. I like your idea, but sadly, i think Blizzards gives a big F.
