Did MC pug run with +1 loot rule(means that if you got an item before other people without item got priority). Item dropped my roll was second, first roller already had item but loot master didnt notice, i didnt too. Mistake was noticed shortly, but item was already equiped and thus not tradeable(that 2h trade window). Luckily item “winner” is my guildie, we admitted it was a mistake. Could a GM is this situation help or its pointless? Its a genuine loot mistake mostly by loot master of the raid.
Feels very depressing to put so much time in into this game for such thing to happen.
It’s pointless, Blizzard will not redistribute loot. On another point why did this person equip it if they already had it? Sounds fishy to me.
Indeed … maybe they equipped the one they already had and plan on selling this on ah? ( if its boe ) if not maybe some quick vendor cash?
Or they could be an enchanter?
I err …
I grind mobs in classic for enjoyment, so probably
Item was equiped as it was received from loot master, mistake noticed shortly after.
Raid loot should be made tradeable for 2hours no matter what if its equiped or not, now this 2hour window only saves from items that cannot be equiped, kind of dumb.
Grovi , item is not boe, its loot from raid boss.
Sorry, but…no way. It’s not classic feature, sorry again but #nochanges, gm won’t help you, next time make master looter someone who is more chilly, and can stand more pression.
Not really, otherwise gear swapping will become a thing for the best class for each fight. I’m sure there is a pop up saying “this will make the item untradable” when you try to equip it and the person should have checked if it is an upgrade before their roll and seen they already have it.
