I’m having difficulty unlocking the mechagnome questline, I leveled a character and skipped BFA content, so i’m going back at 60.
I’ve done all the available quests in BFA, but cannot seem to get the quest to go to Nazjatar, “The Wolf’s Offensive” and “Send the fleet” from Genn Greymane.
Can a GM please check what breadcrumb or other quest I’m missing i’ve been searching for days and it’s really starting to annoy the hell out of me.

There are no GM’s on the forums.
The forums are not there to skip a ticket queue.
Thats not a problem appropriate for a GM intervention anyway.
There are addons that will show you completed and outstanding quests for specific quest chains, and wowhead has the same information.
According to the armory API (which obviously could be wrong) the character you are posting from has not completed the quest “Uniting Kul Tiras” which unlocks WQs etc. If this is your first char it requires Friendly rep with the zone reps (Order of Embers, Proudmoore Admiralty and Storm’s Wake). Quest is from Halfword Wyrmbane aboard the ship.
You indeed need to unlock world quests. Make sure you have trivial quests turned on so you can see the necessary quests ingame.
Yeah i’ve seen that, sadly I have all the rep, to honored as you can see on the armory. and I still cannot see that quest, even with trivial quests enabled.

As others have mentioned here, Game Masters are not intended to give game play hints and tips or tell players where to go to find the next quest.
However, You will need to work your way through the Nazjatar intro quest line. It’s probably worth speaking to Genn Graymane at Boralus Harbor to see if you can start “Send the Fleet” though
