Too bad for you.
There are different nature systems in the cosmos. The one around trees, wind etc is just one thing. Stars, blackholes etc all have their own internal systems aka own nature systems to them. So why not consider the mechanical systems to have a nature of their own?
Also, they are not entirely mechanical, so they could still connect with the traditional earth nature.
If up to me, druid would be reduced to nelf only.

Unless I’m missing something, Mechagnomes are not diving into a system that is part of the cosmos neither do Druids do this. They still make no sense as a Druid.
Tauren and Ztroll don’t make sense as paladins, because they’re not.
Just like Ztrolls aren’t druids, they’re dinomancers.
Trashgnomes wouldn’t be druids, they would be transformers.

This is one of the arguments that always gets thrown out lazily and I hate it, the whole “This one default race has the class this way so all other races need to have it that way”, completely ignoring stuff like only 3 out of the 8 paladin races actually being paladins in lore or using a different type of magic or drawing it from another source for the other 5, even druid isn’t the exact same for each race that has it, can people please stop falling back on this excuse
Exactly, just because something is using the moveset of it, doesn’t mean it is it.
Be it Sunwalkers or Dinomancers, more freedom to classes it always a good thing.
Otherwise we get stagnation of general class fantasy.
Of course they would be part of thr package. I want mechagnome druids too, i already reserved name “Robocub” and i am miserable if i cannot use it.
And where exactly do Transformers fit into WoW lore?
