I am trying to draw attention to Mechagnomes by keeping this thread above but no one but you seems interested and you are a die hard Vulpera fan, you won’t have enough time to play your cyborg DK because you will be too busy with playing the foxy 
Apparently this race’s unpopularity will exceed even my expectations. I thought at least 12 people would play them but looks like it won’t reach to even that number. Bitter.
well it is true that levelling my Vulpera will be prioritised, but I do fully plan on levelling a mechagnome DK after that as a side project.
I hadn’t really thought of that combo until I was looking at how allied races looked as DK’s on the PTR and saw how badass they looked.
Besides, you do know its like 5 - 10 of us on the US forums keeping the Vulpera thread alive right? Its not like its drowning in people either.

The difference is… That thread has 1557 posts, this one will have 28 with the current one I’m posting, 5-6 of them already belongs to me.
Additionaly there are sub, I mean smaller threads as well related to Vulpera but Masterpiece Mechagnomes are devoid of that, unfortunately…
Mechagnomes do have this thread with over 400 posts
And tbf most of the sub threads are just people arguing because other people come in saying they suck.
I have been observing US forums, one thing I realized they constantly try to mock each other, true or lie it is always susceptible to me. Some Orc avatared users usually go to those threads and say such things Like “Little rats-Furries don’t belong to Horde!!” etcetera but in fact they will be the first ones to create a Vulpera character when foxes get released. It is mostly acting, fake hate.
Vulpera is at least 8 times more popular compared to Mechagnomes, rightfully though. I suggested Blizzard to cancel Mechagnome Allied race and give nothing in return when they were announced,
I would be glad if we had nothing rather than this stupid race.
I don’t think they are lying when they say stuff like that.
A lot of people are of the opinion that cute and fluffy does not belong on the Horde.
I actually quite like mechagnomes so I am glad they’re in the game.
I think they have their place and make a good fit.
But there is no denying that Vulpera captured a larger fan base.
Cute sells.
Irony is, Mechagnome is a variation of normal Gnomes devoid of normal Gnome race’s cuteness aspect. The only appeal of a gnome has generally been their cuteness now they are half flesh-half mechanic cyborgs hence they don’t look cute either now.
No charisma, no cool body, no cuteness, no overpowered racials considering the nerfs all these can lead to only one thing : Failure.
I never found gnomes cute.
I found them horrifically creepy so these gnomes are actually a massive improvement in my eyes as they don’t creep me out XD

I used to hate when I get matched against a female gnome in arena, 10 minutes of maddening moans when I hit crit which means every second. It becomes irritating when it lasts that long.
When I was a kid I had an atari game of robocop in 2000-2001, after completing a mission (or dying) the game would take you to repair Robocop’s armour, I used to get scared of Robocop on that part he used to look weird, was not blinking his eyes and they were just wide open.

I was really looking forward to them, then I saw the nappy and the weirdly moving metal parts and it freaked me out… there is too much metal.
I would love their hairstyles to be available for regular Gnomies too… maybe the character customization options for base races will be just that 
I also didn’t like the mechanization in certain parts, again gnomes for blizz is more around the mad scientist type of look (every high tinker is an old man). Blizz give to gnomes a look that is very unpopular, not including female gnomes, in all honesty female gnomes rock (really they look great). But i want those hair customization more specifically the one prince Erazmin got. I like that prince mechagon is not another old semibald guy, but a brave young smart gnome. Male gnomes should have same idea as female gnomes, crazy hair styles with insane colours more direct to young version would use.

I really like mechagnomes, the problem is that there is no class that fits them much! I was expecting tinker this expansion and would play a mechagnome but other than that …

Survival Hunter is pretty fitting. It’s tinker-lite with traps and bombs, combine them with Engineering, a mechanical pet and a thematic transmog and someone could easily see it as a tinker.
