World bosses should be guaranteed, similar to powers that drop from Torghast

Yes it will be.

World bosses will probably start when the raid opens .

But the one you mentioned is not gonna be there until week 4 after raid opening

I read somewhere in the forum that he will be the second boss and not the fourth…can somebody confirm when nurgash will spawn?

Since the other powers are undertuned (shambler) or single target only
(deadliest coil) it sadly is the only interesting legendary for me.
