Memory of lucid dreams minor power does not work correctly

I have been using my memory of lucid dreams essence rank 2 for a couple of days now in the minor power slot.

I have testet on dummies, in raids, in mythic + and in pvp content. The healing effect from the essence is nowhere to be measured, seen or even felt in game. i get some runes back now and then but when i ran a complete mythic dungeon and viewed my Details meter for healing done, the essence have had 59 hits and every hit only healed me for under 5k.
On the essence itself it states that it will heal me for 14k. that is not the case and i have yet to experience this effect from the essence.

This makes this essence actually worthless. because i can just talent into 50 % refund of runes in my talent tree.

Blizzard. why do you make essences with healing capabilities that just does not happen in the game ?

Haven’t tried the essence yet but iirc they just hotfixed the essence heals in PvP. There may be a bug that extended this nerf to all content.

Did you report it in game too ?

When you say “tested” you are actually looking at your logs right?
