Memory of the Arbiter's Judgment can't be bought

Hi there,

This wasn’t intended and should be fixed now! See:

Memory of the Arbiter's Judgement unable to purchase

So it seems one of the wonderful legendary runes is unable to be purchased. The requirements for it are to be revered with the Ascended - Bastion reputation and obviously have legendary runecarving unlocked. However upon reaching both this criteria it is still locked and unable to be purchased. A few other people have reported the issue and it seems on beta this was a legendary locked behind the Avowed reputation but it seems that changed to the Ascended but I guess something back end didn’t ch…
