Memory of the Arbiter's Judgement unable to purchase

So it seems one of the wonderful legendary runes is unable to be purchased. The requirements for it are to be revered with the Ascended - Bastion reputation and obviously have legendary runecarving unlocked. However upon reaching both this criteria it is still locked and unable to be purchased.

A few other people have reported the issue and it seems on beta this was a legendary locked behind the Avowed reputation but it seems that changed to the Ascended but I guess something back end didn’t change?

Opened a ticket ingame, so will see but doubt get a fix on this anytime soon

There seems to be an issue where you need to be Honoured with The Avowed to buy this item. This is where the item /used/ to be in the Beta, but they moved it across to the Ascended vendor and haven’t changed the requirements behind the scenes whilst remembering to change the text/warning.

I’m right there with you and in the process of farming to Honoured with the Avowed…

Since started doing that rep myself but adding one more voice to the issue hopefully get it fixed

Same problem. I’ve opened a ticket but the wait time is currently over 12 days…

My ticket got a generic response to check forums and wowhead but of course that doesn’t help. So I reopened it and 4 days later still says 12 days so ya know, this could take a while

Just gonna toss my overly pointy hat into this ring in the hopes that the appropriate team sees this and fixes the code on the item before Nathria pops up out of the woodwork.

Hi all,

Indeed this was previously caused by a bug that’s since been hotfixed! Thanks for the follow-up Raijin!

As a general point, since a few players mentioned having made tickets about this:

Please remember to cancel any tickets for resolved issues
In the future, issues like this are much better suited for a Bug Report, rather than ticket
This allows us to automatically collect the relevant details and scope to fix it for all players
