As title says when i use this talents the buff dont pop up afther baldestorm or avatar bladestorm … can u guys check if have same problem ?

It’s not a talent we usually use, only during S1 no (I played only end of S1)?
Plunderstorm patch, i’ve been playing arms this season and after the plunderstorm patch it hasnt worked
what are the times for fix whit such a bug in talent system ?
Most bugs stay there till a full rework, and even then - it usually stays around. It ain’t a problem before the mainstream notices.
Rally says 10%, is 15% - no problem.
Onslaught cleaves for 100% instead of 55%, no problem.
Avatar/reck extends not working as intended? No problem.
Two of those have been fixed, but ya get my point. They stick around for a long, long time - if not forever.
