Instead of suggesting some logical solution like merging Earthshaker + Golemagg you suggest some absolute worst thing by making mega realm even larger… Yeah makes sense lol
Not to mention, the situation in Firemaw horde is probably super critical right now as many guilds simply transferred off to Gehenas and the numbers you see on ironforge does not represent current state of Firemaw horde. Since this mass transfer happened recently it will take up to 2 weeks to show the real change.
Furthermore transfers from Firemaw are still open to Golemagg which is literally becoming 2nd best server for the horde so those who haven’t managed to transfer to Gehennas are probably considering Golemagg as their destination realm right now.

Just play pve servers if you dont like pvp every pvp server should be 60/40 atleast
I littarly could not care less about PvP. I merely play on a PvP server because it is more active for PvE content. You saying “just go play on a PvE server” is basicly you wanting your own server to die.
Since shocking news: Almost nobody cares about wpvp.

Pve content is more popular on pvp servers because the only populated servers are pvp ones because people want pvp 
the only reason the realms have got into a sh*t state like this on tbc is because they killed the pvp scene off early days into the terrible tbc launch and now its just little pve nerds running the show, all the returning pvp people getting ready for wrath have came back to absolute shambles, i was playing on gehennas as alliance since the start of classic, it was 50/50 all the way up until tbc phase 1, im currently on golemagg the only server thats close to being 50 50 and its fun.
Probably a good idea, then there would be a healthy somewhat faction balanced server again. Doubt there would be queues as the total population on Golemagg is about 7k (according to Ironforge) and 6k of those are horde.
Horde had voted to leave Firemaw. The only instance when players seem to agree that wPvP is fun is only around 60:40 when their faction is dominating.
Sorry to break your bubble, but calling “nerds” is beyond stupid since we all play videogames, we all play WoW so we all are Nerds…
And btw, what PvP content except WPvP, that has no rewards, is realm only?
BGs and Arena’s (The actual PvP content) are cross-realm…
But PvE is mostly realm only because off the communities (and sadly GDKPs).
And on Retail the PvP realms were mostly the most populated ones (Ravencrest, Silvermoon, Even Trollbane way way way back). So it’s nothing new.
Pvp nerds > pve nerds
All jokes aside all im saying is that there are alot of people, may be the majority, may not be, i dont care, but as i said there are people that want world pvp, ganking and getting ganked is part of it and always will be, the amount of times i was ganked in stv on classic and was forced to party up and spank a little idiot 10 levels higher with 3-5 of us and that sh*t is fun, running into little gnomes in hellfire peninsula is fun and i think denying people fun just because you dont find it fun is ridiculous
Dude you play horde, I play alliance on golemagg and we want more balanced server.
Alliance pop on Golemag is growing. Still outnumbered 1 to 8 but the ally Golemag lads are great and up for a fight.
You will anyway unless you are on 2k people server.
