Method is back!

Marbles hurt me.

And I hurt marbles. I feel worse about the marbles.

Apart from the investigation early this year, I don’t think there were any chanrges.

Which it wasnt. And they didnt act and just went “ah, i will just ignore it as its not a topic atm anymore”, putting as much blame on them as the rest. If i get told something and then mangament says “ye we deal with it” thats fine, however if management doesnt do something and i keep being silent despite nothing being done then i am also fully to blame if a poopstorm is being unleashed. I can NOT save my own hide then.

Im fully believing that management said that. Its normal procedure within any company. That wont change what i said tho.

Ye i meant these investigations. I believe they were dropped in the end were they not? Pretty much like Swiftys.

Yes, it was dropped with something like “not enough evidence to file a court case”

Then my current level of knowledge on the matter seems to be fine then.

Well first thing to do would have been to deal with josh and his affiliation with the brand but he is STILL in the guild if you check Warcraft armory LMAO

How’s all that even relevant to my post?

Looks like someone can’t quite let go of the wreckage.

Mainly because too much time had passed since the initial incidents plus the obvious internal coverups, reported at the time like it should have been by a responsible management could have been a whole different story

Back on topic with the thread, who knew and who didnt is a never ending tunnel but at the end of the day it all happened under and within the Method brand and its owners.
The brand, the guild and its owners are still there nothing as changed at the top and no doubt never will … Method org are done.
A complete rename and restructure is their only chance of even attempting a “comeback” which they are obviously not going to do.

This recent Video does absolutely nothing in their favor except re open old wounds.

No charges, so the man is innocent, period. That’s how western civilization works. The only reason they kicked him out was because it was a bad PR.

Define innocent. If I rape someone and I’m not charged - am I innocent? It was reported to the police months later so it’s more or less impossible to prove. However, there’s a ton of evidence on his behaviour.

Here’s one: https://youtu.be/JAot-HWkww4?t=820

This is one sick moron and that behaviour belongs absolutely nowhere.

Only they didn’t kick him out, they continued on and got world 2nd, he was even in attendance at the stream event studio at one point albeit in the background.

As far as I am concerned, yes. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty, unless you’re a commie.

This attitude right there is why it just so happens that rich people who could afford better lawyers do tend to get away with worse things than your average Joe or Jane Smith. Or just someone “commits suicide” and “conveniently” there are no witnesses or recording devices to disprove it, so nobody else faces responsibility. Sometimes you have to work on circumstantial/indirect evidence because, say, the suspect has burned all the papers that could possibly serve as hard evidence. Or someone ventilates head of someone else in full sight of hundreds of people - the guilt is not in question, other things might be.

You may be partly right, but the alternative is anarchy. The only person qualified to decide guilty or not is the judge.

Wasn’t the incident involving Finalbosstv also during a Method event at property hired by them. maybe more time taking care and being responsible with their business and less time partying would’ve helped :stuck_out_tongue:

AFAIK Sasha Steffens was put on unpaid leave immediately upon the allegations against him were raised, pending an investigation on the matter. I consider this a proper way to handle the issue.

I think Steffens has stepped down and will not have any active role in the new Method organization. Not sure where the allegations went though.

There was no way they could speak about the matter while a police investigation was in progress and when the investigation ended it did so without leading to any incrimination for Josh.

My opinion is that it’s far more likely that Method’s management did not believe in the allegations and assumed the allegations were unsubstantiated. It was a bad assumption, but note that the police’s investigation actually supported this line of thinking.

This is why I consider Method’s management reckless and incompetent, but not accessory to Josh’s actions.

Yea, no. That organisation can rot in hell.

I hope all the top talent they try to recruit avoids them like the toxic cesspit that they are.

This dust needs years to settle, no half a tier. The problem is, if Sco leaves it too long his “brand” will be damaged (lol irony).

Just give it up Sco.

Incorrect. That’s the jury. The judge determining the sentence and making sure the rules are followed during the trial.

But this is totally irrelevant to this. This is about Josh’s behaviour which has been well documented - except from the rape. That behaviour is disgusting and the Method organisation chose to not only accept it but actually cover it up.

Good luck to Method finding sponsors. I doubt that anyone would want their brand associated with a name like this.
