there’s a lot of method talk here but this is my favourite method to solve the issue:

#showtooltip misdirection
/cast [@focus,help][help][@pet,exists] Misdirection
  • if you have a focus target is misdirects on focus
  • otherwise on pet

More hunter macros:

  • Mouse over pet heal, otherwise focus, otherwise self
#showtooltip
/use [@mouseover,help,nodead][@focus,help,nodead][@player]Spirit Mend
  • re-cancel turtle on the same keybind:
#show Aspect of the Turtle
/cast Aspect of the Turtle
/cancelaura Aspect of the Turtle

:rofl: I got baited a bit.

Saw the lock and started to read the post as if it was a metaphor for certain current dramas, funny how my mind translated that pretty seemlessly…

Part of me can’t help but wonder if that was intended :sweat_smile:… misdirection

Anyway that drama is boring so I’m glad upon reading further it’s game related and very helpful info at that. :grinning:

My hunter by default has misdirection on her pet and mend pet, also has a life saving heal for both of us macro. I love my spirit beast…

If I jebaited u like that on my classic human mage with a goatee I’d get mass deported and forum jailed for a month. It’s true, double standards.

Tough guys go to jail, girls just wanna have fun.

Okay not really maybe but there’s still a grain of truth in my craziness, another crazy thought I have is why does my nr. of forum posts get smaller? I swear I’ve had 301+ posts for a while now. Do old posts gradually get deleted to save space?

You probably had some posts in threads that have been deleted. When that happens the posts you had in such a thread is reduces your count accordingly.
