Midnight Boost gives not every advertised reward

Hello!

I’ve seen multiple post from months ago about people not getting the renown or currency rewards after the midnight pre purchase.

I thought blizz finally fixed it after 2+ months so I bought the game 3 days ago to quickly boost my alts for m+ with the renown rewards.

However my max renown is still level 10. I tried to refund the game but AI closes every ticket because I’ve used the level boost (which is true however I didn’t get all the rewards so the neither the renown nor the currencies.

now I feel kind of helpless. I paid 50 bucks for the advertised renown boost but didn’t get it. I don’t get any help nor even the possibility to speak to an actual human being to resolve my problem. In all honesty I kind of feel robbed since I don’t feel like anything is happening on blizzards side to actual resolve this issue and AI is blocking every afford I make to contact you guys.

Hey Alexari,

I’m sorry that you’re missing some of the rewards after boosting your character.

This bug was fixed yesterday, and shouldn’t happen anymore.

Customer Support is unfortunately unable to manually provide the missing rewards from the Boost, so making a ticket for this issue wouldn’t lead anywhere.

That being said, we’re not ignoring you, or anyone else who has had this issue. Our developers are working on fixing the characters who used a Boost, but didn’t get everything they were supposed.

We don’t have an ETA just yet, but this will be done automatically, so you won’t need to contact a GM to have your character fixed.
