In Midnight, players can acquire decor in a variety of ways. Whether it’s from purchasing an item from a vendor, earning an achievement, crafting with a profession, or getting a reward from a quest; there’s a multitude of options opening the way for you to decorate your home. In this article, we provide more insights into how you can add to your collection and express your unique style.
Playing through the game, you’ll come across many quests that reward decorations. Most quests can only be done once (and only reward the decor once per account) but multiple copies of a given piece of decor are often desired. We’ve made sure that when decor comes from a one-time source like a quest or achievement, there are avenues to get additional copies (usually from a vendor for various currencies), so you don’t need to do that content again.

I really hope that some of the legacy achievements have housing items. Things like Dreadsteed of Xoroth (and the Paladin equivilant), Leeeeeeeeeeeeeroy!, Down With The Dark Iron to name a few oddball ones 
I hope there’s an autodecorate option.
I want a nice house with stuff in it, but I cannot be arsed making it.
I built out some tremendous houses in SWG and SWTOR and vowed NEVER AGAIN!

This housing system looks like a lot of tedious work 
especially the advanced mode.
It’s like playing the sims… and the open world grind, and M+, and raid, and delves, and collecting decor, and crafting decor… I’m already overwhelmed and the expansion hasn’t even open PTR lol.

For new and returning players without a reputation catch-up, it is going to be massive. Quests, dungeons and raids you can one-shot, however, at higher levels, that should be easy. I would say, prioritize. Would you like a bloodelf themed home? If yes, focus on those items first and leave the rest. That will reduce the scope. I hope this helps. 
Just hire someone for it. There are TONS of players who will make you a cozy place for a price. Money is always a solution for a problem.
