Midsummer event is bugged and have prematurely been removed on Eu and Australian realms.
according to blizzards own webpages its suppose to last to the 8th of august.

Yes. Went to horde flame in Arathi and completed quest, then went to Refuge Point and flame wasnt there, but i must have passed on the spot flame used to be and almost died of fire damage ticks.

We are basicly paying to play on a badly optimized private server at this point riddeled with bots. atleast in 2 weeks time when they release the next phase we can swim in the air (fly) in azeroth and outland. so thats something to look forward to.
