Lmao
Pfff pirate them? Even for free I can’t be asked to watch the garbage that comes out today.
Ok I pirated that piece of crap because it was funny.

#BRINGBACK MIGHTY CARAVAN BRUTOSAUR TO VENDOR 2023.
Facts. They are beyond crap, although I did enjoy Top Gun 2, zero woke politics in it
I’m occasionally checking the Wowhead comments on the Brutosaur page and there have been many comments recently. Players are still hoping to see it return.
And blizzard are providing radio silence. Is there another way to get them to listen as it appears they do not bother with their own website?
Sadly, I don’t think there currently is. I’ve had a ticket asking about the disappearance of this item, despite its supposed availability on the BMAH, “resolved” within 11 hours of sending it, and the reply that I received consisted of being pointed to external sources such as Wowhead and the forums.
Unless we can somehow get the Community Council to face their attention our way, we’ll see many years go by until this problem sees any acknowledgment. The company may just be too short-staffed to address this.
I am not sure if there is more success to be had if this was taken to Twitter, where the developers and managers of Blizzard also interact with players. Raising the issue there could be worth a try.
This is standard, you need to reopen the ticket and ask again. It seems most tickets are auto-reply closed, but if you reopen or create a new ticket referencing the closed one you can get a human reply.
I believe it’s a measure they take to reduce all the useless tickets, but yeah, it’s annoying.
I will try this as I’ve had a ticket that was put on a 55 day expected response which is beyond shocking for a company as big as blizzard
The majority of regular players I’ve spoken to (anecdotal yes), had never more gold at one point than 100k. Many of them far less than that, sure if you’d ask them if they wanted the mount they would say yes.
So these kinds of players would have to save up gold for years to be even capable of buying the mount, if they even still play the game by then.
With how materials are now region wide, a lot of potential income has been lost as well for regular players, as the amount you need to gather would have increased by a lot to make even a decent amount of gold. In turn crafted material will be sold for far less than before as well.
The way I used to earn gold back in Legion, was by transmog farming and selling the transmog. That got me way over 5 million gold in 1-2 months time, but lately it seems nobody really buys any transmog any more at least on my realm.
Sure you can buy a bunch of tokens with real money, but with current token prices (20 euro for 322k) it would cost you: 320 euro. At 10 million gold it would cost you 640 euro.
So depending on your realm the only viable option would be by crafting and babysitting the auction house to earn gold, aside from perhaps selling boosts.
In the end realistically only a few hundred people would have the means to buy the mount.
Well, that mount does not appear in BMAH and it is removed on purpose. Still even it is few hundred people it will take another 200 years for all them to receive that mount via BMAH.
I doubt that as you would have to know what all players do with gold and how they make it. So anecdotal evidence is not evidence that only a few hundred people could obtain it. Blizzard removed it for no reason other than to sell tickets imo.
All we are asking them to do is listen for once and grant their paying customers their wish. To them it would be a simple patch, would take all of two seconds to apply it as it’s just code.
I don’t even think a patch would be required, realistically it could just be a hotfix since the NPC selling the mount is already present in previous game code.
Thank you for your input. It is an unfortunate fact that unless one is keen on spending most of their time farming gold, boosting or crafting things to sell, the gold needed to buy the mount is a sum most players will never reach.
I don’t exactly consider any of those things genuine methods of play, and the issue of generating enough gold to buy the mount is exacerbated by the removal of callings/emissaries and mission tables, so I see what you mean.
But the mount was intended to be a gold sink and as such should have remained available for purchase, regardless of players having the ability to buy it or not. Ignoring its disappearance on the BMAH also won’t solve the class disparity that is allowed to persist between owners of this mount and those looking to buy it.
I still haven’t spotted it on my realm, and that is after checking every day for more than half a year.
Very well put. It all depends on how players are using their time in the game. Dragonflight in particular seems to be encouraging a strong focus on crafting and the emergence of new goldmaking markets.
All the more reason to return the mount to its vendor.
according to TSM premium it was only spotted once in EU realm since 2021 july “fix” in the whole world.
Blizz should either
A. bring it back in BFA time walking (when that happens in a year or two), have it back at tricky nick for the 5mil for however long the event goes.
B. Put it up for sale permanently for gold cap if they REALLY want it to be this big prostegious only richest of the rich type deal.
C. Just restore it back to original vendors for 5mil.
Getting rid of it was dumb.
It’s been mentioned on Reddit again today, and there is one comment in particular that I feel summarizes things quite well:
https://www.reddit.com/r/wow/comments/z1ugsc/comment/ixd6k4t/
It’s evident that the controversy surrounding this mount won’t be dying down anytime soon. It needs to be addressed.
Chasing this thing just to be on an equal footing with others has also, by now, greatly diminished my enjoyment of the game. And if the comments below this post are any indication, several hundred other players feel the same way.

I agree with you, I can’t think of any other time in WoW where a mount purchased from a vendor was removed with the end of that current expansion.
2 million gold Bloodfang Cocoon spider mount was not removed after legion.
Transmog Yak wasn’t removed after MoP.
Repair mount wasn’t removed after WotLK.Yes me two i just want them to put back during BFA timewalking to his vendor or for cap gold
ah mounts were TOO much and it was gold sink after legion golds inflation / boost of money gains for blizzard, and they seemingly regret decision of it, You barely see people in major cities now etc, it was huge mistake to make it AH mount and it should be changed to bank or BMAH.
People who had golds for it shouldn’t whine about it because 99% of ppl having it are spoiled brats and it shows since most of users dismount it when someone tries to buy items from ah, or afk in this mount without npcs on it, I bet blizzard imagined it would be good mount to afking in hubs so another people won’t need ah in newer cities and won’t stress to much about not having this mount eventually, but it clearly failed.
People who had golds for this mount, knowing it will be removed, would buy this mount anyway, people who stole purses from their moms and dads to have it, deserved for it for being cu**ts all this time.
Blizz pls change this mount to banker/black market mount at this point
When they put the Brutosaur they should told us in the beginning is limited time you can get it only in BFA, i am cool with that. Not given us 3 month to farm it, and lying about putting in the BMAH

I’d have preferred that as well instead of Wowhead datamining that it’ll be gone with Shadowlands. Might have swayed my opinion a bit.
And the reason that was officially given for removing it, namely that it wasn’t intended to become as common as the Yak or Mammoth, is proven to be quite absurd, if not an outright lie, when you see a dozen of these stacked on top of each other for every group of 20-30 players.
