I just started the season with a deserter because i got DCed by MC on the kill of the 5th round.
i have to completely close the game and the relog took ages, unable to get back in the game before the 6th round was over giving me a no-show. What a joke.

its been so long in the game it has became a feature, now priests sometimes spam mc for only the reason of trying dc you, take from this what you want
then there is the root somebody in blade edge and follow with knockback and they fall through the ground after landing, also resulting in dc from the game cause you cant exist inside the planet itself

Mind Control should either just CC enemy players, or cause AI to control them like a Shadowfiend. Passing direct control of characters has been DCing ppl forever.
If it was fixable, it already would have been.
Some players are obv trying to take advantage of this bug.

It is fixable. Some private servers have already fixed mind control. Some have rewrote the MC code entirely, some changed some parts of the code.
I had a sp prevoker in 2s and they spent the entire round using evoker grab + roots and mc to dc me. Beat them, requeued, got them again and dc’d. They literally had it down to a science. Stand at edge of maldraxxus and mc me and run into wall while jumping, evoker roots right as it ends. Most cringe thing ever
Agree. I Dc a player last night. Not in purpose, fear -MC.
But won a game that it was 50/50
I would glady give up MC for chastice on Disc
unfortunately thats not how it works in corporations
