You’ve gone out of your way to nerf physicals.
“Fixed” bugs on hunters, some of which aren’t even bugs, but a consequence of this seriously poor client.
When is Mind-Quickening Gem being fixed?
Currently it lowers the global cooldown past the 1second cap, and, frankly, the haste value lowers the GCD way way more than that much haste ever should. Mages walking around with 0.5seconds GCD is not right.
Fix it, it’s been 2 months already and way way less abusable bugs have been fixed weeks ago. This one is untouched, and you currently have GLADIATOR RATED PVP TEAMS with 4 arcane mages… Mages casting 15 arcane blasts in 9 seconds in PVE, etc… It’s stupid, it’s a bug, it’s not supposed to be like this, so why is it taking so long to fix?
icy viens works for arcane blast & arcane explosion GCD
and yes MQG+IV put your gcd to 1.3sec for AB, with BL your GDC will be 0.75sec & if u have Quagmirran’s Eye on & it proc during that? u can enjoy a GCD of .65ssec.
i have arcane mage & i how of this awesome enjoyment xD
If you can’t win it just attack mages, again pve has to bend towards pvp?
I have that trinket on my mage (frost spec) and the only time i do descent dps is when i use that with my other cd’s, do you think being in a raid just for utility on a pure dps class is fun?? Hands off of my trinket!
Not during TBC. The Lightning Capacitator however should get a nerf/fix at some point. The 2.5 second cd on gaining charges is currently not present, despite the tooltip.
You missed just about everything about icy veins.
Not entirely. The spell GCD is supposed to be capped at 1 second.
The GCD is capped at 1s, it can’t go lower than that, no matter the haste rating. 200000000 haste rating, would be 1s GCD. Current state of this item and other spell haste abilities lowering GCD past 1s is not intended, so fix it.
Doesn’t matter how you rationalise it. It’s not intended to happen, so it shouldn’t be happening.
