Mind seer not doing full damage

So I just talented into mind seer but it seems that some times it doesn’t do full damage. Seems to be stopping either after 1 second or before the ending time.

I tried it on multiple mobs most of them without any silence or interrupts, just regular mobs.

Sometimes it stops in the instance were the tank is taking the hits…

There seems to be something wrong with it.

It drains 25 insanity per tick, 50 per GCD, and stops when you have less than 25 insanity. The cast / channel bar on your screen can be ignored completely, just look at your insanity.
