Wow, you guys really ganged up on poor old Retri. This reminded me of every school movie scene where insecure jock and his hang-ons actively trash a nerd for being a nerd. I’m actually surprised you managed to pull it off so flawlessly. With such coordination, I am half-ready to make a N’zoth mythic run invite all of you and kill it.

Unfair towards the Horde you mean. You alliance in Western Plaguelands get a Uther statue with his own soundtrack and everything, with the light coming down, with the spot light and the glowing, and the AAHHHHH music in the background.
Meanwhile on the horde side we just get a big doodoo stain with a rock on it.

the alliance bias in the game is pretty obvious and sickening. hopefully the shadowlands will be different since it is mostly not about the horde and alliance conflict

Regarding the topic (I haven’t read all the replies, but maybe half of it, and…) all I can say is that everyone knows there is a faction imbalance. In fact, it became so obvious that anyone trying to deny it would be instantly flagged as a fool/troll.
And, while retributor may have bring some minor (and also maybe kinda biased) issue regarding horde vs alliance difficulty, I think the essence of his message is pretty clear : there is a bias between factions that encourage people to play horde, or rather discourage people to play alliance.
And I think this is what he essentially says.
And I find it very funny that horde players here makes fun of him or what he said, when, in other thread, you can find the same nicknames either telling stories of how much funnier is it to play horde, or why they moved to horde.
Pretty hypocritical, which is totally expected from this marvelous community.

But yes, there is imbalance and people know it. If there weren’t, the Horde wouldn’t be dominating the Alliance on all criteria. And yes, it’s funny seeing the same red posters hating on poor, old Retri, yet in other topic whine and moan, and complain, and troll, and do basically everything Retri did in this very thread. If you don’t believe me, I dare you to visit the Story section and look up a certain BE Paladin and a certain Troll.
Fact of the matter is, even small discrepancies, like an increased flight time, add up in the long run.

Uther is closer if you use path of the necromancer, alliance bias!!!
Everything is done to cater to horde experience, with less resources used if available at the end for alliance. There was even quest text that was made for horde, used for alliance quest lines.

I find it hilarious that you post this on a character that can teleport to Light’s Hope Chapel and be there in around two minutes but still complain that the Horde have it easy.
