Minimum distance for Heroic Throw

Why does it exist?

Sometimes it feels clunky and annoying. We don’t have minimum distance requirement for moonfire and i don’t see the logic behind 8 yards minimum for HT.

Please remove, or lower it to idk 3 yards or something.
