Hello, I’ve picked up titan-touched sub-specialization for mining’s specialization Mastering the Elements. It’s description reads “Attune yourself to the portals opened by Overloading Titan-Touched deposits, allowing you to return to where the first portal opened”. But after travelling through the portal, I see no way to return to where the portal opened, no portal back, no encounter ability, nothing.
And on the side node, what even is the point of those portals? 90% of the time they transport to nearby random location with literally nothing of interest there, 10% of the time there will be another node to mine but that’s it.
that’s weird, the “return to where the portal opened” description is definitely on the first node of the titan-touched subspec (the locked one have red desc. “earned at x points”, this one is definitely unlocked)

The portal brings me to random mining node very rarely, most of the time it’s nothing there.

for Mining the unlock alone should keep the portal open.
That might be bugged for you then.
I’d say report bug in game, also mention that you are not tped to any mining node
