I’ve got 55 points in minning (specialization points) so far , i see people who gather mounted already that means they got 60 ?
Did i miss some of the stuff that you can find in boxes or smthing ?
I thought that was 40 points and not 60.
was 40 in df it;'s 60 now and it’s called Minning fundamentals
I needed 40 for the botany to herb while mounted.
Or use the skygolem mount!
You need 60 Knowledge in Mining Fundamentals (middle/second specialization) to be able to Mine without dismounting.
I see the mining is indeed 60 knowledge points. Weird that its different!

You can buy 10 kp item with Artisan Acuity or for Kej in the city of threads.
Consortium sell points too and don’t forget to do the treasures. Your treatise (1p) a week and whatever renown (if you’'ve reached any).
To me professions feel extremely convoluted so I’ll mostly ignore it I think
