Is the drop rate bugged or is it intended to be a thing you still need to farm in The Last Titan?
I really love to know.
I have managed to gather all of 8 so far! Insane considering how many things you need to buy with them.
I hope it gets buffed.

1 for 3 weeks of daily all normal rares with 1 char. Must be early April fools I guess.
