Wrathion is supposed to have a quest called “A Dragon in Hand is Worth Two in the Roost” available in the Emerald Dream, but it’s not there for me. I have done every single quest in the zone. Heck, even every main campaign quest trying to get this quest to activate. This is the only quest that is not showing for me and it’s hurting my brain trying to figure out why. I’ve been searching YouTube videos, reddit forums and Wowhead and no one can answer me. The only possible conflict I can think of is that the character I am using was boosted to level 60.
EDIT: Confirmed bugged on a boosted character as I just found and did the quest on a non-boosted one.
